What information does Soxbo ™ collect about me?
We collect basic information about you in order to offer you the services we provide, this includes email, name, contact details and any requests you have regarding the rental.
How will Soxbo™ handle that information?
Soxbo™ need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you as well as enter information about new homes or premises, services that we provide to our customers. We do not collect any personal data from you that we do not need to provide and monitor this service to you.
How long does Soxbo store™ my information?
We are obliged by the Tax Act to retain your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for at least one year after which time it will be destroyed (unless you are ok with it remaining with us for future contacts). Should we enter into a contract, Soxbo™ is required to archive the information up to 7 years according to FMF(http://fmf.se/checklista-for-arkivering/) The information we use for marketing and newsletters will be with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
With whom else does Soxbo share™ my information?
All personal data we process is processed by our staff of no third party has access to your personal data unless permitted by law to do so.
Where does Soxbo™ store my information?
We keep your information in protected data storage devices that only Soxbo™ have access to.
What rights do I have to know what information Soxbo™ stored about me and what can I do about it?
Access
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
Correction
We want to make sure that your personal data is accurate and up-to-date. You may ask us to correct or remove information that you think is incorrect and that we may contact you with a request in the future.

You may require us to delete your information. We may not delete information about you that the law requires us to retain.

You may ask us to transfer your information from our IT environment to another, either to another company or your own. This does not apply to information about you that the law requires us to retain.
